Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours after being placed, and only during business hours (Monday–Friday). -
After this 24-hour period, orders are automatically processed and sent to our production partner. Due to this automated workflow, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once this window has passed.
Returns

Defective or Damaged Products

Personalised / Custom-Made Jewellery

Personalised or custom-made jewellery is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes any item made according to personal specifications such as initials, names, letters, or custom text.

As these items are created uniquely for each customer, they cannot be resold or returned.
