Shipping Times

Processing Time / Shipping Time: Orders are usually shipped within 1/3 business days after payment is received. This may vary depending on the product and quantity and any congestion at our package provider. In addition, shipping takes between 5 and 12 business days depending on the country.

Shipping costs

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Free Shipping: Certain orders may qualify for free shipping. Please check the terms at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods, including standard shipping, express shipping and local pickup points. Choose the method that best suits your needs.

Traceability and Confirmation

Traceability: The orders are traceable. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code. This will take approximately 3 business days.

Confirmation: We will also send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed, along with an estimated delivery date.

Taxes

Since we offer our products in multiple countries, all orders are shipped from a warehouse outside of Europe. Therefore, depending on the regulations in your country, VAT or import fees may in some cases be charged to the buyer.
